very good striper fishing last week. we had fish up on the shoals, the deep water, and way to the west. there were fish caught up to 50". we've been limiting just about all full day trips. half day trips real good too. we had a bite on first tuna trip last week, fish missed the hook. lots of fish around, all sizes. we're offshore again this week. we'll let you know how it goes. shark fishing has been good too. multiple fish days. The striped bass are out there and hungry! We got a 43 inch fish today over the half day trip. It was the biggest fish landed at Rock Harbor today! we caught the first bluefish today, but if this weather keeps up we should start to see greater numbers of them very soon. lots of bass 29-35" range and of course the schoolies. overall just really good fishing and lots of bait around to keep it that way.
